Unprofessional

Brendan was lovely to myself before the contract was signed. He was never particularly polite to my partner though. However, his attitude changed after we had signed all the paperwork. He refused to open up a locked door to a reasonable size space on the property so that we could make sure it was clear before settlement day and told us we were overreacting when we said we would postpone settlement until this was opened. This was after we had repeatedly asked and been told he would bring the key to the next inspection.
