Michelle Jansen from the property management team did an excellent job re-letting my property under such trying circumstances. She was able to accommodate my requests and circumvent the unusual situation pleasantly and efficiently. When Michelle was briefly unavailable, the replacement agent Soo Fang Loh was able to take over the job smoothly and professionally that there was no lapse in service.

My husband and I have been with Philip Webb Michigan for many years. At the moment Nicole Anastasia is doing a great job looking after our two flats, No. 2 and No. 7, 18 Ashted Rd,Box Hill. No. 7 has lost his job and insists of paying only half the rent. I had agreed to a reduction of $300 per month (from $1100). However, No. 7 considers himself to be the boss of the situation and tells Nicole and me what rights we have!! He gets $1100 per fortnight as job seeker??
