overall I am very satisfied with the way the agent conducted the campaign to rent out my property, especially given the covid-19 situation where in at the moment. They kept me informed on all inspections they conducted and any prospective tenants who showed an interest in my property. I am especially happy that my property was leased for full asking rental with no reduction due to the covid-19 issues we are facing at the moment. I also was very impressed with the pre-rental report that was prepared, many photos were taking showing the condition of the property. This is vital in the event of any dispute that my eventuate in future with the tenants.
