Alicia joined Philip Webb just at the time when my property became vacant. I feel I am so luck to have her to manage my property at this critical time. Alicia organised everything for me from final inspection, getting the right tenant to engaging the trades for quotes and maintenance work. She is so professional, efficient and caring. PW has been managing my property for the last 2 years...I guess it's been a very smooth sailing but where they showed maximum urgency was when a tenant vacated during the Christmas period...I was a bit worried that the property will remain unoccupied... but the agent demonstrated great skill and responsibility in filtering out the applications and choosing the right tenant within a very short period.... nice work...

My agent was pro-active with what needed to be done to get a new lease. Kept me in the loop all the time. Only issues i had were having one important element missing on the advert, they had no car park instead of one in an area where most people drive and expect a car park. Secondly most open morning were during the day on weekdays in an area where most people are working professionals. Took more than a month to get new tenant and i believe it could have been achieved in a shorter time.
