Poor service
Have used Philip Webb for many years but service the last year has been extremely poor. Numerous errors made and there has been a lack of communication with us as landlords. We feel that we have to double- check everything ourselves. We have just changed property managers with the same company and are keeping our fingers crossed that service improves, otherwise we will be going elsewhere.

Going through the motions
Have been using this agency for 20 years and Les was brilliant. Since his retirement they have seemed to resort to the archetypal real estate agency, hopeless. When the tenants moved out of one of the townhouses they handle for us they failed to do a thorough vacate inspection. I was told a gate hinge was broken and needed to be fixed. Whilst fixing the hinge it became apparent that the gate post had been snapped at the base. When I enquired as to why they hadn't reported that the gate post had been snapped they argued with me that it wasn't snapped. On 3 different phone calls. I soon realised that they had released the bond back to the tenants without informing me and couldn't recoup the money for the gate post so therefore denied it was snapped. I am in the process of pursuing a different agent to look after my properties and I suggest everyone else does also. Have a great day.

Easy to deal with
I had dealing with sky who has mow moved on and now deal with Anna for my investment property. Both agents communicated with me with all aspects of the leasing process and both were understanding to my needs. Good work and a credit to their jobs because they put time and effort in delivering for their customers and vendors. Cheers

Good result
Tanika did a good work on change-over of tenants. Tanika organised the house cleaning with very short notice and followed up with previous tenants for the costs to come from their bond. Tanika communicated well during the closing out of previous tenants and the setup of the lease to new tenants.

Dedicated and efficient staff
When our investment property recently became vacant, Alisha Smith, was extremely helpful, proactive and meticulous in managing the transition before new tenants moved in. There was a time when we communicated so frequently that she instantly recognised my phone number. She dealt with numerous issues quickly and efficiently and even personally collected and delivered keys to our property. We feel very confident that Alisha is a great team member and especially knowledgable in her field.
