I must say that I am very happy with Jacinda Thompson. She displays great professionalism, diligent and responds speedily to my queries and concerns. I have been dealing with Jacinda for many years and I know that she is a reliable person. She is good at helping to resolve any issue that may come along the way every now and then. She was able to secure tenants for me at the first open which was great. Due to the property being brand new, I had to attend to some minor 'defects' here and there (normal for any new properties) with my builder and Jacinda was able to get the new tenants to hang on and wait patiently for many weeks until all rectifications were completed. Tenants moved in quite immediately after having being advised that "all systems go" this week. In the final analysis, a good outcome was reached by all parties concerned. I appreciate the understanding of the tenants, would like to thank them and look forward to having a good landlord/tenants relationship with them over the years. Thanks Jacinda for your great work. It has always been a pleasure working hand in hand with you.
