Great Agency !
In early June 2021, I contacted Phillip Webb Mitcham office and express my willingness to find a property manager who can look after my property portfolio. Gary Liew from this office has contacted me promptly and explain to me how Phillib Webb operated and where he can help me based on what I am looking for. During my conversation with Gary , I found he is listening to my request and understand where I am coming from, and more important he delivered what he promised in a professional manner. After few email with Gary back and forward, I have decided to transfer my property portfolio to Phillip Webb Mticham to manage. Based on what I am looking for, Gary has appointed property manager Darren Wang who will look after all my properties going forward. During those month experiences with Darren, I found he is transparency, responsible and solution focus with care and patience. I have to say so far the journey with Gary and Darren they make everything so easy and smooth, I am extremely impressed how efficient and professional they are. I felt I had made a right choice move across all those property to phillip webb Mitcham to manage and I strongly recommended Gary and Darren from this office to anyone who is looking for a property manager.

Great agency and people.
Have been dealing with Dane and Declan from Philip Webb for the last year and a half about a couple of properties acquired from an inheritance. They have been extremely patient with our family and have advised us of all the possibilities of what we could do with the properties. They explained every thing very clearly which ever way we were thinking of going. Never too pushy and always responded to every questions we had. Very professional and polite. One of the place was rented within a week. Great work guys, thank you.

Professional
We live overseas and are always impressed how we are kept up to date on our property and we recieve very professional correspondence and detailed reports. Emma has been amazing at making sure we are aware of all the changes with new tenancy laws and guiding us through Covid lockdowns. We are in the best of hands.
