The One Real Estate was a pleasant surprise for our house Selling. I cannot recommend highly enough of their services provided especially Tony and Sam at Box Hill. Our plan of sale had to stop due to the pandemic and they kept us well informed with updates during the Melbourne shutdown. They quickly started the sale process after the restrictions eased so we were able to get our property sold before Christmas. The company is although small but has connection with various channels for our property exposed in local market even in oversea market at our choice. The whole process could have been stressful but they did all the worrying for us and kept us informed immediately on every inspection. They’re professional, expertise, and service oriented and I’d highly recommend to those who tend to proceed a sale of their properties in such a difficult time.
