We are aware that Tony is the agent for the vendor but he has tried to service us as well as possible in the circumstances. He has tried to fit us in with his other appointments whenever we have had to meet on site or in his office. There has been many changes especially in relation to the timing of the sale which Tony has had to navigate and communicate to us but he has managed to keep us interested. For us, there have been some disappointments with the finished home that we did not expect but overall, we are excited to move to our new home under Tony's guidance. He has a very busy schedule and is often overseas. However we have been able to maintain contact by mobile texts, and Tony has responded promptly to our enquiries.
