She was always patient with me if I was unavailable or delayed in replying to her emails, she advocated strongly for me during the sales process, and I always felt my unit was in good hands. Even though this was a smaller place and lower value, I didn't feel like an afterthought, I felt like an important client that she and Barry Plant cared about.
