From the first interaction with Tim, Terlya and I were very pleased. Tim was never pushy, and when we requested an appraisal, he was honest, knowledgeable and realistic. He used his understanding of the local market and his decades of experience within it to help us understand the process and manage expectations. During our opens, Tim worked around our schedules and the challenges of COVID to make it easy and stress free. After completing the showings, Tim managed all interested parties with compassion and fairness. He negotiates with honesty and integrity, aiming foremost to give all parties a fair chance at purchase. Even as a vendor, I appreciated this approach. Tim kept us informed every step of the way, all the while also not being demanding when he required information from us. We were very happy with the price Tim achieved for us as vendors, but more pleased that he did so in a genuine and honest way, treating potential buyers with the respect that we would hope for when we next become buyers ourselves. We are very happy that we made the decision to go with a seasoned local, and I would encourage others to do the same.
