This was my first time selling a property, and Paul made the whole experience straightforward. I live interstate, but this was no barrier to our communication. Paul kept my regularly updated throughout the process. Paul’s knowledge of the local area was exceptional, and his estimation of the property value was on point. I had a tenant letting the property at the time, but Paul didn’t think this was an issue. Paul was respectful and eager to minimise disruption to the tenant. Paul took the time to explain his strategy and his honest opinion of the market in Tugun. The admin support team was also very efficient in arranging photography, marketing, and all of the necessary paperwork. Paul and his team sold our place after one open home for our target Price. We were interstate at the time so Paul and his team went above and beyond in our absence to take care of everything with little required from us. This was very valuable to us given we were juggling a lot at the time and we had a few outstanding items we needed done to present the house which they took off our hands.
