What a guy... I would say, not just a great agent, but a decent human being! So I meet Paul and instantly I felt at ease... The first time we spoke I called Paul after hours. Not expecting to get an answer, I was really keen on the property I had just come across, and just had to get the information on it... I was in love with it! Perfect area and perfect timing. The past year was me chasing agents, I was feed up, so making a call after hours I expected the voice mail. Paul was one of the first people to welcome us to Tugun after our relocation from Brisbane in 2015. Since then we see Paul on an almost daily basis in the village and it is easy to see by his interaction with other residents that he is a popular and well respected member of the community. Paul has a very good understanding of the property market on the southern end of the Gold Coast and in particular Tugun. Paul was able to organise viewings of the property outside of the listed open house times as I had travelled up from Sydney and wasn’t able to attend. He also negotiated with the vendor a later settlement date as the NSW settlement takes longer. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and was always positive and encouraging when we had a few problems with the Sydney settlement . He was there on my doorstep when the settlement was completed,(along with the removalist!), with the keys to the house and a bottle of Moët and Chandon, thanks Paul.
