We had a wonderful experience with Paul and the Base Property Group, buying our first family home. Paul is a genuine, honest and reliable agent. The whole process was very prompt, stress free and always a lot of communication on updates from Paul. He has great dedication and determination for his clients! A big thank you to Paul and the Base Property Group for all their hard work!

Steve sold my wife and I our first home and it was a fantastic experience. He is very attentive with great communication skills and whilst always working hard for his vendors he treats buyers fairly and with respect at all times. A local to Bilambil, Steve knew/knows the market very well and we would recommend to anyone selling in the area. Cheers Steve

I have purchased and sold homes through Paul and would not use any other agent. His local knowledge combined with professional outlook has provided me with the best result each time. The sale of this property was such an easy experience with Paul happy to answer any questions. Great agent, awesome bloke!

We have found Paul to be a very honest and upfront agent, very professional and easy to communicate with. He is across the market and knowledge of the area where we made our purchase is second to none. We were driving past to check another open home and saw Paul setting up for his open, we stopped on the way back past and had a look through the house, we were soo impressed with the home and Paul we put an offer in before we left. From putting the offer in to getting the keys to our new home, Paul has been there for any questions and nothing was an issue.

Steve had an amazing turn out to our property with over 30 individual buyers coming to view. It was a very difficult market at the time with interest rates rising coupled with our home having a sloping large garden. In all we were extremely happy with his performance achieving the best price we could have. We will definitely use Steve again should the opportunity arise.

Steve sold us our original house when we first moved to the area and we could tell from the get go he truly cares about ensuring his clients are getting what is best for them. It was a no brainer to go with Steve again when we decided to upgrade earlier this year. He moved swiftly to get everything into place and his communication is 10/10. I would recommend Steve to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell. He knows the market well and truly knows how to invest in the people who are making the biggest investment choices in real estate.

Nobody knows Bilambil Heights and the housing market like Steve. As a resident himself, he has been providing professional service in the area for a long time. We purchased our beautiful home through Steve ten years ago and his service and knowledge was so impressive that, when it came time for us to sell, there was no question as to the agent we would use. He secured top price for us in a competitive market which enabled us to secure our next property in a history-making, frenzied real estate season like the Gold Coast had never seen before. Steve is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely interested in securing the best outcome for both parties involved in the transaction. We thoroughly recommend him as your local real estate agent, and we consider him both a professional realtor and, now, friend.
