I was hoping for a sake upwards of $400,000. Paul suggested tge property was in the range of $480-$500k but wanted to aim for higher due to a shortage of similar properties in the market. To my amazement he secured a sale of $520,000 exceeding my expectations by a whopping $120,000 !!! Thanks Paul!
