Persistence despite difficult COVID restrictions

Richard was superb from the start to finish. He really went above and beyond what he was required to do and even made a special effort to attend the auction of our new purchase to provide us with tips and advice along the way (which we ended up being the successful bidder on the day). With our sale, we had a number of hurdles due to the COVID-related restriction over the lockdown period. But Richard persistently kept good communication with us and other interested buyers, and applied his marketing knowledge, skill, and strategy to bring us the result we needed.
