Really impressed with Derek and Isaac- they were extremely professional and guided us every step of the way when selling our first home recently. Derek impressed me a few years back when I went to a home open that he was hosting and spoke to him about the Victoria Park real estate market. When I decided to sell my house I had no hesitation in signing him up as my agent and I have not been disappointed. His knowledge, enthusiasm, passion and ability to connect are outstanding. We’ve now purchased and sold a property with Derek and his market knowledge, selling strategy, professionalism and ethical approach are second to none. Buying and selling is a life changing experience and Derek and Isaac made us feel very comfortable, positive and happy about the process. They were always available to take our calls, answer silly questions and be a reassuring voice during high stress periods.
