Derek made our buying experience really pleasurable. Communicated with us constantly and even after sale and settlement went out of his way to make sure everything was great. Even post settlement when the seller had no obligation to hand over anything, Derek followed up for us and ensured the couple of minor details we had questions about (retic, etc) were answered.
