Our dealings with Baston and Co. were outstanding from start to finish. Throughout the inspection process Symone and Derek's knowledge and passion for the Victoria park area was obvious, this made the decision on our location choice even easier. Baston and Co. were flexible and able to come to us throughout the negotiation process - something you don't often see with other agents. Due to our circumstances and being overseas during our settlement period, Derek and Symone went above any beyond in keeping us up to date with what was happening and liaising with our broker and settlement agent. We were happy dealing with Derek. He was very communicative, helped with letting us know what we needed to do, in getting the sale done. We have learnt a lot from the buying this place. We learnt that you have to look at everything because even the people who do inspections for you don't check everything. We were disappointed that there is bad corrosion in the gutters on balcony, as we couldn't get onto roof to check out. We know they act for the sellers, so can't blame them.
