I have previously purchased two properties and although I have never had any major issues arise, there were problems I found with the agents such as a lack of communication and even knowledge of the industry. From the very beginning of the process when I called wanting to view the property outside of hours, to the end when it was being transferred into my name after purchase, I could not fault the service provided to me by Symone Cope from Baston & Co.
