I would highly recommend using Derek Baston as he helped achieve the highest sale price on my street and surrounding area for my house sold last year in East Victoria Park. Derek's honest approach and transparency throughout the process was amazing and after a couple of glitches with the finance initially through, Derek went above and beyond to resolve the issues in a diplomatic and professional manner. I would happily recommend Derek to all buyers and sellers, with his knowledge of the up to date Perth market, particularly the Vic Park areas which speaks volumes. He has a great rapport with all whom he meets and in my opinion will always determine a win win situation for both buyers and sellers. Writing reviews is not something we usually do, but Lee, Derek and Symone from Baston & Co deserve the biggest Thank You for selling our house. It was not an easy task as it came attached with a business and we placed a lot of restrictions on them like not putting a For Sale Sign up, no Home Opens and restricted viewing times, yet they managed to sell it in a short period of time, all with enthusiasm and friendliness from beginning to end. There was never a time that we couldn't reach anyone by phone, never a time when one of them wasn't available for us with whatever questions we had and never an unfriendly word. Derek and Lee live locally and have a vast knowledge of the market in the area which prompted us to sign up with them in the first place and what came with it was trust, honesty and professionalism. It's clear when looking at the website that Baston & Co. aren't your typical agents. They're local specialists in Vic Park, and locals themselves. That's why we chose him. I've dealt with a range of real estate agents of the years varying degrees of success. I think we've all experienced that touch of 'used car salesman' some agents can have. Victoria Park positioned in a green area with plentiful services shone brightly above other surrounding suburbs for value and growth. The amount of young people migrating to the area proves Vic Park is in high demand. From Derek's excellent communication which kept us informed of buyer feedback and home presentations, to the resolution of some more challenging issues; we were most satisfied with our decision to use Baston & Co. Property. We absolutely loved our home and selling it was quite an emotional time for us - made all the more difficult given that we had relocated to Queensland in the interim.
