Blake always met us with a smile. He would call after every inspection to review my thoughts to pass on to owners. Blake was available via text or phone to answer any questions. Bonus was that Blake wore interesting socks, my favourite were the crocodiles. Blake laughed at my jokes, trekked to 3 separate kmart stores to find me the chocolate I liked, and he stepped in for me when I couldn't attend my 'sold' photo opportunity. Would recommend.

I appreciated that Sean was somewhere inside any home we inspected, happy for small talk or to answer questions. He was always available if needed via text or phone. Bonus was that he laughed at my jokes, and he said I could take as many chocolate marshmallow santas that Blake had searched 3 kmarts to find, however, he did not participate in the sold photo, but he did send it to me which was a highlight.
