The team at Alice Springs Realty always made me feel I came first even when the weather was wet, cold or we were melting. All of the team worked hard and they were extremely professional and always looked at the brighter side of life even when there was no shows. They always kept me updated honestly with the current Alice Springs market. If I had to sell another property "Alice Springs Realty" would be "Number One"

As a team, Drew and Toni’s deep commitment to understanding my personal needs when selling my much-loved home of many years, within a set time limit and during a period of exceedingly complex property market conditions, reflected their adaptability, perseverance, their incredible local knowledge of the market, and their genuine and sincere personalised service. Drew was outstanding in his communication. He was accessible, communicating always with integrity and clarity. Open homes at the best of times can be stressful and Drew and Toni’s compassionate support and professional promotion of my property ensured positive transitions throughout the entire sale process. I am grateful for both Drew and Toni’s expertise in understanding the importance of finding the right buyer and for their responsiveness to achieve the best possible result for me and for the prospective buyers,’ which ultimately led to achieving a ‘win-win’ situation that is for me, integral to their collective exceptional customer service. Selling one’s home can be an emotional journey, mine certainly was. I cannot thank Drew and Toni enough for instilling trust and integrity for their dedicated steering me through the sale, and for their kindness, support and understanding from day one to settlement. Thank you from my heart.

Toni was under a fair bit of pressure trying to balance some well earned time off with customer service. Despite this both her and her partner bent over backwards to make a deal happen. We are grateful for this.

Drew Hendriks and his team of Toni Rowan and Gloria Wright at Alice Springs Realty were amazing in helping us to sell our home in the tough Alice Springs market. Taking advice of others in the community, they were our first and only pick to help us sell our home. The market was slow, but their continuing support and encouragement were exactly what we needed to get over the finish line. Their weekly communication was excellent, never leaving us wondering what the next strategy was in the plan. They were supportive of our suggestions and ably answered all our questions to allay any worries that we had. It was great knowing that they were using their best endeavours to achieve the sale of our home. We thank ASR for their kind and considerate way of doing business. We will definitely use them again.

I’ve known Drew and Toni since I moved to Alice in 2020, and I always said to myself they’d sell my house when the time came as they treated me so well the first time they sold it to me. I had Drew looking after my property - he was excellent. Got my property sold within less than a week, did excellent negotiation with the buyer behind the scenes and made the process so easy. He also helped me get repairs sorted through the realtor looking after my investment property so it was ready to sell. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell my property in Alice. Thanks drew :)
