Personable, professional, and held himself to account throughout the whole selling process

As a selling agent I honestly think I could not have secured a better person to handle the sale of my investment property. His proposed selling strategy and clear market know how was the ultimate reason I signed up with him. Marino was respectful of my poor availability during working hours but somehow managed to keep me informed in a way that worked for me. I can testify his negotiation skills are brilliant and, I felt he had my back providing me with clear direction and guidance every step of the way. He even went over and above sourcing a licensed contractor to attend to some survey rectification work at 10% of another quote after I shared how outrageous I thought the other quote was. Being interstate I wasn't across local pricing. Marino knew I was concerned for my tenants being disturbed and he dealt with that by selling after two opens and a week to the day of me putting my investment property on the market. As a bonus we sold to another investor so my tenants look set to remain in their home longer term. I honestly can't recommend Marino more highly. He proved to me he genuinely cares about his clients. I'll miss our chats, he deserves success.
