The real estate agent that would take a bullet for you

It felt like Marino would do literally anything for us in our home sale journey, as he was always willing to look into our crazy ideas, and did everything possible to get the best possible results for us, given all our unique circumstances. He also gave advice and feedback throughout the process which proved to be extremely valuable; his ability to read potential buyers and the market situation is top notch.

Great communication, no B/S

Marino did a great job of selling our property. He has extensive market knowledge and is happy to share it. His agency assisted with getting the property ready for market and very quickly secured a contract that i believe everyone was happy with. Seamless, responsive, friendly approach, and genuine trustworthiness - couldn’t fault him.

We had an excellent experience with Marino throughout the purchase of our property in Morayfield. Even though he was representing the sellers, he made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. Marino was incredibly responsive to every question we had, always getting back to us quickly and with clear, helpful answers. His approach was both professional and personal - he genuinely made us feel comfortable and supported the whole way through. He came across as friendly, trustworthy, and completely transparent (which can be rare in the realestate world!) which made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful process. Honestly, we can’t fault him. Would highly recommend Marino
