Debbi approached us after have an Appraisal on our house, with people that were looking for a property in our area, and would like to have a look through, so off to the coffee shop we went, an hour later returned, with Debbi greeting us with "they want to buy it". You could have knocked us over with a feather, first lookers, no dithery tiding up or washing marks off walls, just as it was. They offered us finally(with Debbi's magic wand) more than our appraisal had been. So what were we to do. Sell, Sell, Sell. Debbi was always there to answer questions through the sale, nothing was a bother, we couldn't recommend her high enough. Its not something you do every day, and being in our 70's it all was a bit daunting, but Debbi was always there to help in any way she could. Thanks Debbi, we couldn't have done it without you.
