From the very first contact with Debbi, Lindy and I were comfortable with her prompt reply, and making herself available at short notice for some advice regarding the selling of our home. Then on her initial visit, Debbi had arrived completely prepared with all of the relevant background research of our property. Debbi took her time viewing our property, taking in all of the finer detail of it. We were fairly happy with the realistic price range suggested, and the couple of improvements to be considered to gain our absolute best price from the sale. We considered and took her advice, from which the property was presented at its best, and marketed magnificently by Keith Cramp. The property was sold in about 8 days from listing to a customer on Keith's books, at a price higher than we expected. The settlement period was longer than normal, and Keith was able to work it whereby it suited us perfectly. Overall, during the entire process, we could not have asked for any better service. We were kept well informed at all times along the process, even to the point of several after hours calls during the negotiating stage of the sale. There staff do not just clock-off at normal closing time, Keith was accepting calls and messages well after normal shop hours.
