I met Paul whilst viewing another property and after realising that one didnt quite suit, he took the time to to find out my preferences and suggested another property - which ultimately I bought! Ironically, I had previously viewed this other property through another agent who wasnt quite as helpful with my circumstances at the time, whereas Paul offered some options on the table to make the situation work. Paul is always polite and professional and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process - important for a FHB like myself.
