Alice and I never doubted that we would complete the purchase even though we had a number of obstacles to cross.We were clear that we were being guided by our faith in God to make this move after spending over 20 years in Mandurah. We love Mandurah but our circumstances dictated that we had to downsize and move closer to Perth . After prayerfully considering a number of options, felt that a move to Maylands a wise option and we are both looking forward to fitting in to the community.

Requests for assistance with other bodies was undertaken promptly and saved us time in having to arrange ourselves. No hassles, understood what we were looking for and notified us properties to look at. Made the whole exercise stress free and we were kept in the loop either by email or phone by both Paul and his assistant Brittany. Both advised us when settlement was effected and to collect keys.
