Beautique is just that its a real estate agency that caters for your individual needs. Beau has had three of my properties as rentals and has sold two of my other houses. During the whole selling process I knew exactly what was going on, never had to call up and chase any details. Being a landlord you are entrusting someone else with you house and Beautique treat your house as if it is their own. I treated it like a business transaction, having complete faith in their property management team. I put one property on the market while still being tenanted and there was no issues with either side of having the property for sale. Communication is defiantly a skill Beautique Realty has down pat. I wont use any other reality to rent/sell with.
