Excellent "beautique" experience and top rated personal service.
I highly recommend Beautique Realty for any landlord or vendor who wants a "beautique" and courteous service. Trying to manage or sell a rental property whilst living interstate can be challenging. However, Beau's local knowledge and her professional experienced team made the whole process totally hassle-free. I was always kept up to date with any property issues in a timely manner. Knowledgable, engaging and informative!
As this was the first house we had sold, Beau explained the process clearly and kept us in the loop during the process. Beau also worked closely with our great tenants. She explained the sales process to them, along with what their tenant rights were and made sure they were also kept in the loop as this can be a scary time for tenants as their house and future is changing. It was fantastic to see how well Beau managed and balanced the needs of us (seller) with the needs of the Buyer and the Tenants. Some sales agents don't bother engaging the tenants, but Beau did and that was very important to us. Beau sold the property above what we were hoping for and much quicker than we expected. First open home and we had multiple offers - a Seller's dream. I highly recommend Beau to sell your house, she ticks all the boxes you want in a Sales Agent!

Above and beyond 5⭐
Beau and the team have been there from the beginning when we were looking our first tennant. Beau and the team were very professional throughout the whole process, I always felt up to date with any correspondence about inspections or required maintenance. When it came time to sell the investment property, of course I was going to pick Beau and the team! The teams impeccable management of the whole process made it very comforting in what would be seen as a stressful time. Even with COVID restrictions happening sporadically, Beau was still able to find a buyer in a flash. The rest is history, I honestly could not have asked for more from the team at Beautiquerealty@email.propertyme.com If I'm ever in the market to purchase again, I know who I'll be calling first.

Experienced professional, worth trusting with your property
Beau was initially our rental listing agent and property manager, then our sales agent. I highly recommend Beau and her team for both. She found us an excellent tenant and managed our rental property with care and detail, ensuring it was kept in the condition that we would have wanted if living there ourselves. As we live overseas, her oversight and communication was even more important as we couldn't see the property ourselves. Beau also helped to prepare us and the property for sale, communicating with us frequently and keeping us updated on activity. The process was particularly challenging due to the pandemic so we really valued her reliability and persistance in acting on our behalf, and her ability to cut through the tyre kickers and give us the real picture. I would definitely engage Beau and her team again.
