Speaking as landlords, our experience with Cassandra over a number of years has been a consistently happy one. We could not ask for a more professional property manager than Cassie, who is the busiest person we know, but handles our tenants and our property as though it's the only one on her books. The maintenance issues that have cropped up over the years are dealt with promptly, with Cassie immediately organising tradespeople etc if we wish it, leaving our tenants with minimal disruption and no worries for us. Cassie has dealt with many varied concerns from our tenants knowledgeably and practically, leaving people in no doubt where they stand.
