Agencies in Quaama, NSW, 2550

We have owned a rental in Bega for about 10 years. During a recent renovation we decided to review our management situation. Cassandra from Bega Valley Realty came recommended by a work colleague. After our initial contact we were impressed with her attention to detail. We also appreciated her professionalism and eagerness without being pushy. By the time the house was ready for its new tenants we had signed with Cassandra who quickly vetted applicants. We are very happy so far with Cassandra and Bega Valley Realty.

I have always been very happy with Bega Valley Realty, but when a tenant in my rental became problematic, the suppprt, care, experience, and knowledge of the team made me realise that Bega Valley Realty is a premier agency. My agent, Cassandra Ambrose, went above and beyond in the pursuit of fairness and was dedicated to supporting me through a stressful period. Cassandra always has my back!

Speaking as landlords, our experience with Cassandra over a number of years has been a consistently happy one. We could not ask for a more professional property manager than Cassie, who is the busiest person we know, but handles our tenants and our property as though it's the only one on her books. The maintenance issues that have cropped up over the years are dealt with promptly, with Cassie immediately organising tradespeople etc if we wish it, leaving our tenants with minimal disruption and no worries for us. Cassie has dealt with many varied concerns from our tenants knowledgeably and practically, leaving people in no doubt where they stand. We recommend Cassie of Bega Valley Realty as one of the best in her profession.
