Cassandra has been an excellent agent throughout our process of finding a rental in the Bega Valley. After multiple phone calls to numerous different agencies, no agents were able to help my girlfriend and I with a rental in the area. Being a School teacher and a Nurse we needed something central with the approval of a small dog. Eventually we called Cassandra and explained our situation and the fact that we didn't know the area and have been unaccepted or turned away by other agencies in the area who were unwilling to help us. When explaining our situation and how we were desperate to find a house prior to moving (the jobs had already been accepted), Cassandra immediately began with virtual inspections of several houses available to rent which had approved pets. We signed a rental agreement within a week or two of my first phone call with Cassandra. The house was central and is a perfect fit for our first year in the Bega Valley. This process was extremely easy and quick due to the understanding and cooperation of Cassandra.

Cass has been the most amazing real estate agent we have ever dealt with. From first meeting Cass has a bright smiling face is friendly and goes above and beyond for her tenets. We had multiple issues with our landlord and Cass was always a phone call away dealing with events quickly, professionally and never making us feel like we were a hassle. Cass gave us her mobile phone and we were able to message her out of hours and and at annoying times which made us feel safe and cared for! There was never a issue too big or small for Cass to deal with promptly and efficiently. Cass is a 5 star agent to deal with and we had nothing but good interactions with her!
