Our recent property purchase through Trish and Belize Property was a first class experience. Fantastic customer service, inspections and communication made the whole process seamless and took away the stress normally involved in a property purchase. We would use and recommend Trish and the team to anyone. First rate

Total professional. Nothing was too hard for her. She made us feel very confident with her approach. Trish has obviously had very good training in her field. I both bought and sold through Trish and with her help and market awareness everything went really smoothly. Trish knew our house and all of its positives and had no trouble answering questions when asked by prospective buyers. I also found her helpful with my purchase as she was able to tell me all about the area I purchased in. I would recommend her to the highest level and if required I would use her again with no hesitation. Verified by RateMyAgent

Trish sold our home before it even went on the market. We can recommend Trish and her team at Belize Property to anyone wanting to sell their home or land. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed all the way through from Contract signing to our up and coming settlement.

Trish did a fantastic job or organising and coordinating everything from the listing through to settlement! and all through a tough COVID period.

Trish and the team had been great in managing and selling our property. Would recommend them for the area. They sold for the value we felt it was worth compared to others that failed to sell for years.

Our first home buying experience was easy and painless thanks to Trish from Belize property Agency. She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and guided us well. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Trish. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Trish is professional, friendly, hard working and the most completely honest agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with! Trish (& Nathan) made sure we received the best highest price and a no nonsense outcome / service any agent could provided. Would highly recommend Trish @ Belize to sell your property, a very big thank you from Jacqui & Mark

The market is moving so fast at the moment and the search for the right property can be stressful and long. After several unsuccessful bids on other properties we were so pleased that Trish ultimately helped us to secure the property we wanted in the location we wanted. Thanks for the perseverance.

At the beginning I was panic to contact the agent, because the English language is my second language, I was worried about that I couldn’t understand people well and I am not able to express what I really want to say . Trish is a very nice and kind lady who understood my problems and gave me a lot support to help me understand better. The whole process of purchasing a house went very smoothly, I am very happy with Trish’s work.
