Flexibility, understanding and thinking outside the box
When we discussed the possibility of having Trish and Nathan sell our waterfront block following a change in our circumstances they were very receptive to what we wanted and what we believed were the defining characteristics of the property. They were prepared to take on board our suggestions and designed a marketing strategy to maximise the property’s potential. The fact that they have been community members for many years is a big plus!
On our initial visit to this area,Belize signage played a big roll, after meeting with Trish firstly and then Nathan,we were overwhelmed by their local knowledge,combined with their professionalism and grass roots honesty,we knew we were on a winner,to top it all off, talking to community residents and business owners alike everyone spoke of them with the highest regard, both professionally and personally, how could we loose!!

Great rates, found buyers quickly, stress free experience
Trish and Nathan always scheduled appointments at a time that was convenient for us. They got the ball rolling quickly and our property was advertised within 2 days of our initial meeting. Their knowledge of the local market gave an accurate indication of the price we should expect to get for our property; which was achieved within 2 months of going to market. We are happy with the result 😃
