Ryan and Toni are the most amazing agents I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with!

We contacted Bell Real Estate Montrose approximately 18 months ago, we had two other agents in also but by the time Ryan and Toni left our home we felt as if they were not only the best agents for us but friends too! After only 9 days on the market we had 3 offers! You can’t ask for better then that! RYAN: to be absolutely honest Ryan is the most patient and honest agent I’ve come across, he was the only agent out of the 3 to follow up on our progress to get our home ready for sale. His honesty and advice was invaluable to us and gave us the best direction to go to get the best price for our home! After the house was on the market his negotiating skills were amazing!
