Ryan was extremely helpful and a great communicator.

I really like Ryan’s no stress approach he just got on with what had to be done. He is very easy to talk to and actually listened to your concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. As the vendor I was very happy with the price my property sold for which had only been on the market for 9 days.

Downsizing

We contacted Allan as we have known of him prior through others and with leaving our home of 49 years needed lots of advice. He has a vast knowledge of our area and guided us through things we’ve obviously never done before nor thought about. Genuine care

My experience with Allan summed up in a few words would have to be - above & beyond! Allan has been such a pleasure to deal with, from the minute I nervously walked into the office to seek him out & right through the whole campaign he’s made me feel at ease. Allan’s communication is fantastic, I cannot fault it, everything is explained clearly and he always follows through via e-mail, text or by calling without fail. Allan has been an Agent in the area for a long time & his market knowledge is hands down next to none. A decade ago my parents had the pleasure of buying a home from Allan, they were absolutely 110% over the moon happy with their experience, so when it came time to sell that same home … there was only one agent to take care of the estate for me.
