I have been very impressed with Rebecca, originally the house was sold prior to being on the market in July 2018 pending the sale of the purchasers house. Rebecca found a buyer for that house too, but unfortunately the bank knocked back the finance, so that sale fell over. My house then went on the market for the first time and with the first open inspection held it was sold the next week exceeding the original offer back in July. I was so upset at needing to face the fact that I could no longer look after assets that I was in charge of for the family due to age and a year of ill health.
