And I felt like I could tell her the story of my life But amidst this friendly demeanor there is a very versatile agent She listens carefully, she advises backed by the indepth and wide experience of a seasoned professional She has a vast knowledge of the Yarra Ranges area and offers very helpful basic and detailed knowledge Every customer is treated totally individually - their situations noted and then very good advice given You instinctively realise that you are not just a "sale" Rebecca advised and helped my son and I through what could have been an intricate problematic situation and we eventually came to a sensible decision for our financial status She then showed us alternatives and never once feeling pressured but totally enlightened I made a decision to buy my land, build and become part of the very welcoming community to which she introduced us Rebecca always replies to emails and messages as soon as is possible- she understands what a momentous decision you have made and is there to help you thru the intricacies of solicitors, conveyancing, removalists etc She has become a new friend - an extremely professional "girl next door" who I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to prospective clients
