I was initially a bit skeptical of the price that Tracey believed she could get for my home, despite me wanting it to be true. Tracey was great to communicate with throughout the process and attracted buyers seemingly out of thin air (lock-down meant the traditional investment buyers could not travel). She was always available to answer questions and resolve any issues that arose. I would recommend Tracey without hesitation and only wish I had met her earlier in my property investment days (but she probably wasn't born then ;-)).

After months of deliberation I finally decided to sell my beachhouse at Bawley Point. I spoke to several agents in order to gain a broad view as to expected price and attitudes to selling. Eventually I came to the right decision and asked Jo from Belle properties to handle the sale. It was right because I had known Jp over many years, she lives in Bawley Point and is very familiar with the area. Jo also knows many people in Bawley and consequently knows who may be a buyer. At our first meeting we went through every detail about how the sale was to be managed, from cleaning to photos, to opening dates to expected price and finally Jo recommended a conveyancer in Ulladulla who she trusted to carry out the paper work. Before I knew what was happening the house was on the market and bids arrived. When the building report came through we found a leak in the upstairs shower and between Jo and myself we set about a thorough repair job such as would satisfy the most ;particular of buyers. It was all carried out very efficiently with constant oversight by Jo and myself. Most importantly in the first week I received an extremely good offer.
