To Whom it may Concern I would like to say what a wonderful job Jo did in selling my house. I cannot reconmend higher her services, we achieved our desired result In my Absence in living in the area fulltime i firstly went with the rival agent . Their sales techniques were completley different to what Jo told me to do with my place. It was unfathonable at the end , what i was being told by the rival agent what to do and with issues that came up with potential buyers. My Gut feeling that this was not right. I was getting offers of $90,000 less than what i achieved with Jo. When my agreement was up with the rival, I went straight to Jo who was very helpful and understanding with my situation and didnt make me feel bad for my decision going with the other company. She told me what to do with my place , ( completely different to others ) to achieve the price we needed. I quickly and cheaply renovated the house to get it up to a standard for selling quickly. Jo helped organise trades and contacts to get the job done on time and easy due to my work remoteness, which was out of her own way and was the extra effort you would not expect from a standard agent at all. ( Even after the contract had been signed she chased up landscaping to keep my place looking tidy for the upcoming purchaser) After the first WEEK listing on the Net , we had more people in the open house than we had in 3months prior with the other agent and we continued to get hit after hit on the house with it selling only 3 weeks after listing at the full asking price!!!! When talking to Jo throughout the sales and renovation process , you could see the determination and confidence that she was going to sell my house. The buck stopped with her unlike other agents who didn't even communicate with each other. I would highly recomend Jo to anyone selling in the Bawley Point and surrounds area, especially on top if you are not living in the area with her being local checking in your place
