We could not be happier with Lee Martin’s service, expertise and professionalism. Lee is an extremely personable, approachable straight talker and most of all he is an incredibly hard worker. He always did what he said he would do, he did over and above what we expected of him in terms of following up enquiries and keeping in touch. Lee had a comprehensive understanding of how the local market worked and was proactive in bringing prospective buyers to our property. Lee consistently followed up with all prospective buyers at every stage of the sale campaign and gave feedback to us as the owners about this. Lee saw the positives of the property and highlighted them to us; this reassured us that he would also highlight these positives to people inspecting the house.
