Honest, genuine and reliable
We could not fault the service we had from Lee and the team at Bellarine Property. We chose them as they were a local business. Lee was honest, genuine and so reliable. His market knowledge was spot on with his appraisal and what we sold for. He has excellent communication, we were never left wondering what was happening or where to next. The whole process from our initial meeting through to sale was no hassle what so ever. We would highly recommend Lee and Tom and the whole team at Bellarine.

Fantastic experience
I choose Bellarine Property because of the first conversation I had with Lee. He was friendly, knew what he was talking about but mainly he made me feel comfortable and that’s all I ever look for. Someone you can trust! Lee’s level of communication was fantastic. There was never a time I was left wondering what was happening. Lee was given a tough situation with a tenanted property but he worked so hard and went above and beyond and I am forever grateful as I am located interstate. The marketing portrayed our home great and the negotiations were smooth and I was kept informed and given full confidence in next steps. Thank you again Lee. I am so very grateful.

we were very happy with Lee and his knowledge in Real Estate
we live over 4hrs from St Leonards and not knowing area very well plus the fact we were going to spend over $1.5 million it was great to have Lee give us good honest feed back. He made us feel relaxed and confident in our final decision. Both Lee and Tom made themselves available when we needed to talk which made it easy to make the right decision in the end. Also office staff were great to work with.

Positive experience and good result.
Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful right from the start. His negotiation skills in closing the sale were great.....both myself and the vendor were happy with the result. Moving in was seamfree - Lee even went to the property on the day I moved in to turn on the services! Would not hesitate to use Bellarine Property again.

Amazing help from Lee, made the experience much less stressful

Lee was very honest and approachable from start to finish
Lee had very sound knowledge of the area we purchased in..Nothing was ever any problem for Lee to follow up with , and always responded in a timely manner. Lee always accommodated our needs and made sure it was right for us.. He went over and beyond our expectations to find our dream home. If Lee was not available at any time, Tom stood in and always assisted us in the same manner as Lee. Just absolutely fantastic service..
