Exemplary patience and negotiation ability!

Great agent
We spoke to a couple of agents before deciding to list our property with Lee and Bellarine Property. Lee listed to our opinion regarding price and we were pleased as his appraisal matched ours. Lee advised us to spend the money to properly market our property so that all potential buyers would find us and attend our regular open days. All of the people involved with putting together the marketing were excellent and the end result that went out was first class. We were confident when our video had approximately 1000 watches in the first two days! The level of communication provided by Lee was ahead of anything we have experienced before. After every open for inspection, and every private viewing, Lee would call us to give his opinion about the inspection so we knew at all times what was being said about or property. Lee also spent time on Monday contacting all people who inspected our property during the preceding week, then called us again that night to update us on the sentiment expressed after having time to consider and discuss our property. We sold within 40 days at the very top of our estimated selling range and we could not have been happier with Lee and Bellarine Property.
