Bellcourt Property (Donna Buckovska) very experienced, low maintenance agent, very efficient, gets everything done, no worries for vendor, good communication with all parties. I had a very tricky property to sell, Donna sorted it all out, all the issues were sorted during the sale process. Donna sorted out advertising, online listing, contract clauses, offers and counter offers, building inspection report and assisted with settlement. Bellcourt are one of the best if not the best agent around Perth. I totally recommend Bellcourt to owners dealing with difficult circumstances or simply wanting to get the service you deserve for the money you pay them for. Bellcourt are in a league of their own where other agents could only dream of being.

Donna and the Bellcourt team made plain sailing out of a potentially hazardous voyage.
We have been out of the property market for over 20 years but Donna was able to guide us through the steps and issues that arise when dealing with a deceased estate in today's market. She was always available when required to give advice or answer any of our questions. Donna's skills enabled us to get a price we were happy with in a very short time.

Seamless sale
Donna was fabulous throughout the sale of our house.
