Dean & Bellcourt were totally professional in all undertakings. Prior to going to the market Dean was open in regard to what we needed to do to get the property ready for sale, pricing etc. Dean was in constant contact during the sales process and was prepared to visit us on numerous occasions to review and update us on progress. In a difficult sales market, we always felt confident the property would sell within the parameters we had set. At no time during the sales process did we feel we were getting anything less than 100% effort and attention from Dean and Bellcourt. We have no hesitation in recommending Dean for any property sale.
