We are very pleased with how Dean and Lili have been working on the sale of our place, guiding us through the whole process with confidence and professionalism, and always being genuine and honest in all communications. Dean approach has been very different from other real estate agents we contacted since the first meeting, showing he and his team are really interested in getting the best for their clients. I liked the way Dean was checking in before signing the contract with them, talking to me about recent sales going towards the target price he had given us, and not pressuring us to sign with his agency. His marketing strategy has been successful, and we appreciated he did not pressure us to accept an offer we received after a pre-market launch opening, although higher than the target price we had discussed with him. We ended up getting an even better offer after the first home opening on a Saturday, and although I told him I was happy and I was going to accept the offer, he still opened my place on a Sunday to show through another couple of groups. I have no hesitation in recommending Dean and Lili to anybody looking at selling their home.
