We spoke to 2 agents that lived locally and both were great. Rosalie had a calmness about her, just listened and accepted the way we wanted to sell our house. Rosalie had a positive attitude which gave us confidence, because each inspection by appointment happened to be during a particularly bad week of cold Adelaide Hills wintery, wet weather! She had explained a clear time line from the beginning, quickly got the ball rolling and also helped us with extra advice. She was confident , helpful, always respectful and knows the area very well. We went with our gut feel when we chose her. We sold on our 5th or 6th day after listing online and are happy with the outcome and glad a local family will get to live in our lovely house.
