Best Possible Outcome
From day one Besim was Honest about the expected sale, time frame and how the market was and is still travelling. Besim never pressured us into selling fast but rather sell smart and for the best and realistic sale possible. The sale took it's time due to unforeseen circumstances such as lockdowns but in the end our property sold for the right price. Not only is Besim a complete professional at what he does but what matters the most to us was that he never pushed and he is a genuine person with great character. If the time comes to sell or buy another property I will definitely go to him for help. Thank you Besim.

Amazing service, best have dealt with!
Besim's advice and knowledge with constant updates got our apartment sold when other agencies couldn't. Arranged everything from getting the apartment ready for sale to open days and negotiating the sale. Communicated exactly what was happening and the different strategies we would try to get the property sold, Besim literally took care of everything! Could not recommend higher and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Exceptional service and knowledge
When I decided to sell my investment property, I wasn't sure about a lot of things, I wasn't sure if I would get the right price, I wasn't sure about the process to get the right buyer. Besim's knowledge and service were exceptional. He knew exactly what was happenig in that pocket of the market and the target audience. He kept us informed and his recommendations such as stagging up the property, advertising at the right time were vital to selling my property. I personally knew a lot of other sellers who struggled to sell their investment property in the same building, either because the asking price was unrealistic or the timinig wasn't right. However through Besim, I am one of those fortunate sellers who sold at a profit. I highly recommend Besim to anyone who is thinking about selling their property.
