Simone did an amazing job on the renovation and sale of our apartment in Alexandria. She managed the renovation, campaign and negotiation and achieved a result that exceeded our expectations. Her passion and hard work combined with the Belle brand is an unbeatable combination !

I would use Robert and his team again to sell my home. Robert has also sold me property over the last ten years. I am only too happy to provide further reference details if required.

Rob did a great job for us. He was well informed, honest and always came back to us promptly. In choosing Rob, we met with 3 agents and choose Rob because of his credibility, smarts, communication and in essence because we thought he would look after us best. We always felt he had our best interest at heart, not to mention, I know he worked really hard for us! We are particularly fussy with high expectations, so I knew working with us would not be for a run of the mill agent. I cannot recommend Rob and his team enough.

Robert Clarke and his team at Belle Property Annandale successfully sold our family home in Annandale. From our first meeting we felt confident that Robert and the Belle Team would manage our sale successfully. We were excited with all aspects of the sales campaign from the beautiful photography and the attention to detail to all forms of media coverage. We were thrilled when our home was published as House of the Week in the Inner West Courier. Both Rob and Rebecca Duncan acted in such a professional manner showing us honesty and respect whilst communicating all processes of the sales campaign. Rob reported all prospective buyer comments to us after each inspection. We were delighted when our house sold within two weeks. Again, we would like to thank Rob for all his assistance and would have no hesitation in recommending Belle Property Annandale. Neil and Toniann

Having known Rob for more than 10 years, I wouldn't use any other real estate agent. His service is exemplary, his advice is honest, and I'm thrilled with the result he achieved in the sale of my property.

Simone was driven to achieve excellence in all areas/aspects of selling our property. We achieved an outstanding outcome beyond our expectations. Simone and Michael were a dream to work with. Belle property are superior in all aspects from photographing, marketing and media strategies and most of all operate with the highest of integrity! Next time we are selling or buying we wouldn't consider any other agents other than Michael and Simone.

I would highly recommend working with Rob Clarke to sell your home. He helps make life easier with the professional way he and his team proactively help you prepare your house to present it in the best possible way to market.

We are very happy that we appointed Robert Clarke to sell our home. He had exceptional knowledge of the local market and the kind of buyers our home would appeal to. He offered useful and practical suggestions when we were getting our house ready for sale and maintained excellent communication with us throughout the sales process. We really feel that he enabled us to get the best possible price for our property.

Simone had our property sold after just two open houses and for a price that surpassed our 'dream price' in line with high market prices at the time. She dealt with potential buyers sensitively but swiftly. An unbelievable result for us. The agency, Belle Property, were sympathetic to the number of times we changed our mind about timelines and were flexible enough to factor this into the campaign.
